Call to Check Your Area

Made for CWI & NDT Firms

Every enquiry is a real project with a real code requirement. It is only for you. No shared lead pools. No three inspectors quoting the same fabricator.

Before and after: from an empty schedule between projects to a busy inspection firm running visual, ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing, welder qualification, WPS and PQR work and third-party witness inspection.
✓ Visual Inspection (VT)
✓ Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
✓ Radiographic (RT)
✓ Magnetic Particle (MT)
✓ Dye Penetrant (PT)
✓ Welder Qualification
✓ WPS & PQR
✓ Third-Party Witness

We do all the work. We make the ads. We build the page. The fabricator calls your company.

The Work Isn't the Problem. The Gaps Are.

Inspection work is project-based. You are flat out for six weeks, then the job closes out and the calendar goes quiet — and nothing you did during those six weeks was building the next one.

Certification is not the bottleneck

There is a national CWI shortage. Fabricators and plants genuinely need certified inspectors. Getting the work is not about being more qualified.

It is about being the firm they can find and reach the week they need someone — which is usually the week before a weld test.

Something in the pipe, always

The point is not to replace your existing clients. It is to have a steady trickle of new enquiries running underneath them, so the end of a project stops being a cliff.

Some become repeat fabricator accounts. Some are a single weld test. Both beat an empty week.

Your certification is worth more than the current project.

How It Works

Three easy steps. From one call with us to projects on the calendar.

Your Questions, Answered

"I got burned before."

We get it. There are no long contracts. You pay month to month. If the calls don't help you book jobs, you can stop. Easy.

"Are these shared calls?"

No. Every enquiry is only for you. We work with just one inspection firm per area, so you are not one of three quotes on the same scope.

"I only hold certain certs."

You tell us your certifications, methods and codes — CWI only, or UT and RT as well. We only run for what you are qualified to do, so every enquiry is work you can actually sign off.

Questions People Ask

What do I get?

Phone calls and form enquiries from fabricators, steel erectors, pipeline contractors and plants who need weld or material inspection. They are only for you. You scope it, quote it and schedule it.

Are the enquiries only for me?

Yes. Every enquiry is only for you. We work with just one inspection firm per area, so you are never one of three quotes we sent on the same scope.

I'm booked right now. Why would I need this?

Because inspection work is project-based. Being booked this month says nothing about next month, and while you are on site nothing is filling the calendar behind you. This is about the gap after the current job closes out, not about today.

How fast do enquiries start?

Most firms see enquiries in 3 to 4 days. Heavy industrial corridors can take up to 14 days. We set up everything for you.

What if I only hold certain certifications?

You tell us your certs, methods and codes — CWI only, or UT, RT, MT and PT as well. We only run for work you are qualified to sign off, so you are not fielding scopes you would have to refer out.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your area and how many inspection firms compete there — which in most markets is very few. Call us and we will give you a real number for your region.

Can another inspection firm in my area sign up too?

No. We work with only one inspection firm per area. When your area is taken it is closed to everyone else. Call now to see if yours is still open.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. It is month to month. If the enquiries are not turning into scheduled work, you can stop any time.

How do welding inspection companies get more clients?

Mostly through fabricators and contractors who already know them. That works but it does not reach the shop that has just been told its welds need third-party sign-off and is searching for a CWI nearby. In most markets almost nobody shows up for that search.

Is this worth it for a business my size?

Often yes, and it is best suited to independents and smaller firms. Large established inspection houses are usually booked and get less from it. If you are one or two inspectors wanting a steadier pipeline, that is exactly who this is for.

What about federal and defence work?

Worth knowing about: every federal weld is inspected. Navy shipyards, USACE, DOE and NASA all buy inspection under NAICS 541380 and 541330, almost always as a sub to the construction prime — so you bid the prime, not the agency. Very few small firms pursue it.

What exactly do you do to get the calls?

That is the conversation we have on the phone. Every area and every firm needs a slightly different approach, and we would rather look at yours than hand you a generic answer. What we can tell you is that you do nothing — we build it, we run it, and your phone rings.

Marketing for CWI & NDT Firms

If the work comes in bursts and you want something steadier underneath it, this is the short version of how it works.

Project work has a structural gap

Inspection work arrives as projects, not as a stream. While you are heads-down on a six-week job, nothing is filling the calendar behind it — and that is structural, not a sales failure.

Meanwhile a fabricator who has just been told his welds need third-party sign-off is searching for a CWI near him — and in most markets barely anyone shows up.

Fast results or lasting ones?

Part of what we do puts you in front of buyers this week. The rest builds underneath over months, so the calls keep coming without paying for every one.

Most shops want both. We'll tell you which to start with on the call — see what we do or look at the work we've done.

What an inspection enquiry is worth

Some are a single weld test. Others are a fabricator who needs an inspector on retainer, or a plant shutdown that runs for weeks. They come from the same searches.

There is a second demand stream most firms ignore: every federal weld is inspected. Navy shipyards, USACE, DOE and NASA all buy it — usually as a sub to the construction prime, so you bid the prime, not the agency.

Who we do this for

Independent CWIs and small NDT firms who want a steadier pipeline. Large established inspection houses are usually booked and are not who this is for.

We are an operator-run shop, not an agency that hands you to a junior. More about how we work.
