Book a Library Audit

Start with a library audit — every video timestamped for stale footage, so you see what is actually affected before committing to anything.

Ask About the Audit

What Actually Goes Stale

It is rarely the whole video. It is the thirty seconds where a menu moved. We find those, replace them, and leave the rest of your course alone.

Before and after: from outdated screen recordings, refund requests and dead course inventory, to a current library with every segment human-approved.
✓ Stale Screen Recordings
✓ Renamed Menus
✓ Moved Buttons
✓ Dead Menu Paths
✓ Narration Naming Old UI
✓ Missing New Features
✓ Localized Versions
✓ White-Label Rebrands

We do the work. You approve it segment by segment. Nothing ships without a human signing it off.

Same Voice. New Screens.

Re-recording a 200-video library properly is about four months of your instructor's life and roughly $60,000 of skilled time — during which the course is dead inventory generating refunds.

Same voice, new screens: re-recording a 200-video library yourself costs about $60,000 and four months, versus refreshing only the stale segments in weeks.

We do not regenerate the video

Generated video cannot render a legible interface, and in accounting or compliance training a wrong menu path is not a glitch — it is a refund. So we re-execute the real actions in the current software and screen-record the result.

Your narration is never touched, except where it names something that no longer exists — those sentences are flagged and patched with a consented clone of your own voice.

It gets cheaper as it grows

Across a library the same flows repeat constantly — "go to invoices" might appear forty times. We build each unique flow once and reuse it everywhere.

Which is why video 150 costs a fraction of video 10 — the opposite of how a re-recording quote works.

Your library is an asset. Right now it is depreciating.

How It Works

Three steps. From one call to a library that matches the software again.

2

We Audit the Library

Every video timestamped for stale footage, and a report showing what share of the library is actually affected. Often it is far less than people fear.

3

You Approve, We Ship

You review the fixed segments side by side and approve or reject each one. Only then does anything go back into your course.

How the Work Is Packaged

Four ways in, depending on how much of your library has moved. Most people start at the top and never need the bottom.

1 · Library audit & pilot — from $2,000

Every video timestamped for stale footage, a report showing what share of the library is genuinely affected, and ten finished videos so you can judge the output rather than the pitch.

If the report says only a tenth of your library moved, that is a useful answer and a cheap one.

2 · Detect, cut & patch

Stale segments removed and replaced, original narration preserved, and the transcript flagged wherever it names an interface element that no longer exists.

Where most of a library lands. Priced per video.

3 · Full screen re-record

Every flow re-executed against the current interface and screen-recorded fresh, with voice-cloned sentence patches where the narration needs it.

For libraries where the software has genuinely moved on. Still well under what re-recording costs.

4 · Library maintenance — the one that matters

We watch the software for interface changes, flag which of your videos are affected, and patch them before your learners notice.

Software updates two to four times a year, forever. This is the difference between fixing your library once and never having the problem again.

Not sure which one you need? That is what the audit is for.

Your Questions, Answered

"Is this AI slop?"

No. Nothing is generated and nothing publishes itself. We re-execute the real steps in the real software, and a human approves every segment before it reaches your course.

"Will it sound like someone else?"

No. Your original audio stays exactly as recorded. Only sentences that name something that no longer exists get patched, using a clone of your own voice, with your consent.

"My software is unusual."

Tell us what it is before anything else. Web apps are straightforward; desktop software is harder and some we will decline. We would rather say no than quote a job we cannot deliver.

Questions People Ask

What exactly do I get?

A refreshed version of each affected video: the stale screen recordings replaced with the current interface, your original narration intact, and any sentence that names something no longer there patched in your own voice. Delivered for your approval segment by segment.

Is this AI generating my videos?

No. Generated video cannot render a legible interface, and a wrong menu path in training content is a liability rather than a glitch. We re-execute the real steps in the real software and record what actually happens. A human reviews every segment before delivery.

Will you change my narration?

Only where it has to change. If you say "click the Company menu" and that menu is gone, the video is still wrong with perfect visuals. Those sentences get flagged and patched with a consented clone of your voice. Everything else stays exactly as you recorded it.

Do you have to redo my whole library?

Almost never. Usually a minority of a library is genuinely affected. The audit tells you which videos and which timestamps before you commit to anything.

How long does it take?

Weeks rather than months, and far less of your own time. The comparison worth making is against re-recording, which for a large library is several months of your instructor's life.

What software can you handle?

Web applications are the good case — we can drive them directly in a seeded demo account. Desktop software is materially harder. Tell us what you are on and we will tell you honestly, including if the answer is no.

How much does it cost?

The audit starts at $2,000. Everything after that is priced per video and per library, and it depends on how much has actually moved and whether we have built for your software before. The audit is what makes an accurate quote possible.

Why is there a maintenance option?

Because software updates two to four times a year, forever. Fixing the library once solves today's problem. Monitoring the software and patching videos as it changes means you never rebuild the backlog again.

How do I update tutorial videos when the software changes?

You have three options: leave them and absorb the refunds, re-record the library from scratch, or replace only the segments that actually changed. The third is almost always cheaper and faster, and it is the one people do not realise is possible.

Is this worth it for a small course?

Often not, and we will say so. If you have forty videos and one product, re-recording them yourself is usually the better answer. This makes sense for real catalogues, help libraries and compliance training where the content legally has to be current.

Can you also translate or white-label the videos?

Yes. Once the flows are rebuilt, producing a different language track or a re-branded version of the same course runs on the same infrastructure, so both are considerably cheaper than doing them from scratch.

What if I only want to know how bad it is?

That is the audit, and it is a perfectly good place to stop. You get every video timestamped for stale footage and a report on what share of the library is affected. Some people take that report and fix it themselves.

Software We Work With

Web applications are the good case — we can drive them directly. These are the kinds of platforms libraries usually cover:

QuickBooks Online Xero NetSuite Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Shopify SAP Workday ServiceNow Jira & Confluence Epic Sage FreshBooks Zoho Monday.com Asana Tableau Power BI AutoCAD Web Canva

Desktop software is materially harder and we will tell you honestly if yours is a poor fit — we would rather decline than quote a job we cannot deliver. Call (706) 262-7954 and tell us what you are on.

Keeping a Training Library Current

If your course or help library is drifting out of date every release, this is the short version of what to do about it.

Why libraries go stale faster now

Software ships redesigns far more often than it used to. Every release that moves a button quietly invalidates part of every video that shows that button.

The damage shows up as refund requests, support tickets and one-star reviews saying "this doesn't match my screen" — long before anyone decides to fix it.

Fix it once, or stop it recurring

A one-off refresh clears the backlog. A maintenance retainer means you never build that backlog again — we catch the change before your learners do.

Most libraries need the first and then want the second. See what else we do or look at the work we've built.

What stale content actually costs

Refunds and churn are the visible part. The larger cost is a library nobody trusts, and a team that hesitates to ship an interface redesign because the training content becomes a liability.

For certification and compliance training it is sharper still — out-of-date content is an accreditation problem, not a quality complaint.

Who we do this for

SaaS teams with onboarding and help libraries, certification and compliance training providers, and course publishers with real catalogues to protect.

Individual creators with a handful of videos are usually better served re-recording them. We will say so. More about how we work.
