They Call About a Few Drums. It's Never Just a Few Drums.
We put your permits and your trucks in front of plant managers and EHS officers who need waste gone. The routine pickup is how the relationship starts — not how it ends.
Titans Lead is a marketing company built for licensed hazardous waste and remediation firms.
Get Your Trucks Loaded
Made for Licensed Hazmat Firms
Every enquiry is a real generator with waste on site and a compliance clock running. It is only for you. No shared lead pools. No three haulers quoting the same manifest.
We do all the work. We make the ads. We build the page. The generator calls your company.
The Routine Call Is the Whole Business.
A machine shop calls about a few drums of spent solvent. Two questions in, it turns out they have been stacking them for eleven years and the state has just inspected. That is a remediation — and then a standing pickup contract, every month, for years.
The small call is the door
Drum pickups, lab packs, a one-off disposal. They come in week after week and keep the trucks moving and the permits earning.
You already know that half of them are bigger than the caller thinks. We just make sure the first call lands with your firm.
And the whale keeps paying
What makes this trade different is what the big job leaves behind. A remediation ends — but the standing monthly pickup contract does not. The whale becomes recurring revenue.
You cannot predict which drum call is which. You just have to be the firm they rang.
Your permits are worth more than the jobs you already have.
How It Works
Three easy steps. From one call with us to manifests on the board.

We Set It Up
We put you in front of the generators in your region with waste on site and a compliance problem. You do nothing.
Generators Call You
Real enquiries come in. Only you get them. You profile the waste, quote it and schedule the truck.
What Hazmat Firms Say
Real words from firm owners we work with.
"We had permits and trucks and not enough on the board. Now the phone brings us work we would never have found. Best money I spend every month."
"It started as a drum pickup. It became a cleanup, and then a monthly contract we still run. That one call paid for the year."
"The enquiries are mine alone. I profile it, I quote it, I haul it. No three haulers racing to the bottom on the same manifest."
Your Questions, Answered
"I got burned before."
We get it. There are no long contracts. You pay month to month. If the calls don't help you book jobs, you can stop. Easy.
"Are these shared calls?"
No. Every enquiry is only for you. We work with just one hazmat firm per region, so you are not one of three quotes on the same manifest.
"I can't accept every waste stream."
You tell us your permits, your licensed states and the streams you will not accept. We only run for waste you can legally handle, so every enquiry is work you could actually manifest.
Questions People Ask
What do I get?
Phone calls and form enquiries from plant managers, EHS officers and facility teams who have waste on site and need it gone — drums, lab packs, tank residues, spills or a full cleanup. They are only for you.
Are the enquiries only for me?
Yes. Every enquiry is only for you. We work with just one hazmat firm per region, so you are never one of three quotes we sent on the same manifest.
Do I only get small one-off pickups?
No, and that is the point. Many calls start as a small pickup and turn out to be considerably more once someone actually looks. Remediations and standing contracts routinely begin as a routine drum collection.
How fast do enquiries start?
Most firms see enquiries in 3 to 4 days. Heavier industrial regions can take up to 14 days. We set up everything for you.
What if I can't accept certain waste streams?
You tell us your permits, licensed states and what you will not take. We only run for waste you can legally handle and manifest, so you are not fielding calls you would have to refuse or broker out.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your region and how many licensed firms compete there — which is usually very few, because the permits keep people out. Call us and we will give you a real number.
Can another hazmat firm in my region sign up too?
No. We work with only one firm per region. Because there are relatively few licensed operators per region, availability tends to go quickly. Call now to see if yours is open.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. It is month to month. If the enquiries are not turning into manifests, you can stop any time.
How do hazardous waste companies get more customers?
Most work comes through brokers, repeat generators and word of mouth. What that misses is the plant manager who has just been inspected, or has a stockpile he suddenly needs gone, searching for a licensed disposal firm nearby. In most regions very few firms show up for that search.
Is this worth it for a business my size?
Usually yes. This trade has an unusual combination — the regulatory barrier keeps click costs low while ticket sizes stay industrial. When one cleanup plus its follow-on contract can cover a year of marketing, the maths works out quickly.
What about federal and defence work?
It is the largest federal opportunity of any trade we work in. DoD's cleanup liability alone runs to tens of billions, with USACE, DOE Environmental Management and EPA Superfund buying under NAICS 562910 and 562211, mostly through multi-year IDIQ and MATOC vehicles.
What exactly do you do to get the calls?
That is the conversation we have on the phone. Every region and every firm needs a slightly different approach, and we would rather look at yours than hand you a generic answer. What we can tell you is that you do nothing — we build it, we run it, and your phone rings.
Where We Run Hazmat Campaigns
We work with licensed hazardous waste firms across the United States — one firm per region. Regional, not local: most partners cover several metros.
Don't see your state? We cover the whole country. Call (706) 262-7954 and we'll tell you straight away whether your area is still open.
Marketing for Hazardous Waste Firms
If you hold the permits and want more generators finding you, this is the short version of how it works.
The regulatory wall works in your favour
EPA permits, licensed trucks, insurance and bonding keep almost everyone out of this trade. That is expensive to hold — but it also means very few firms are competing for the same searches.
The result is unusual: low click costs against industrial ticket sizes. That combination is rare, and it exists precisely because the barrier to entry is so high.
Fast results or lasting ones?
Part of what we do puts you in front of buyers this week. The rest builds underneath over months, so the calls keep coming without paying for every one.
Most shops want both. We'll tell you which to start with on the call — see what we do or look at the work we've done.
What a generator is worth
A one-off pickup is a modest invoice. A remediation is a large one. But the standing monthly contract underneath it is the part that compounds — and it usually starts as the one-off.
The federal side is the largest of any trade we work in: DoD's cleanup liability alone runs to tens of billions, with USACE, DOE Environmental Management and EPA Superfund buying through multi-year IDIQ and MATOC vehicles under NAICS 562910 and 562211.
Who we do this for
Licensed hazardous waste disposal and transport firms, environmental remediation contractors and industrial waste haulers who want more generators and do not want to learn any of this themselves.
We are an operator-run shop, not an agency that hands you to a junior. More about how we work.
