★★★★★ For Developers, Dev Shops & Small SaaS Founders

You Didn't Build a Project. You Built a Product.

It took months and one client paid for it. Somewhere in that same industry are businesses with the identical problem, and the code is already written. We go and find them.

Titans Lead finds industry buyers for software that has already been built.

We work with only 1 product per industry. We will never take on a competitor selling into the same vertical as you.

Check If Your Vertical Is Open

Made for Software You Already Own

Every enquiry is a business in your vertical with the problem your software already solves. No cold outreach lists. No pitching people who have never heard of the problem.

Before and after: from software built once for a single customer that nobody else knows about, to a product with multiple customer accounts across vertical SaaS, scheduling, practice management, field service, compliance, inventory, booking and internal tools.

We do all the work. We make the ads. We build the page. The buyer books a demo with you.

You Already Did the Hard Part.

The first build cost you months — discovery, edge cases, the client changing their mind twice. The second customer in that same industry costs you a deployment and a support email.

Months of solitary work for one customer, versus the same software being presented to a room of buyers from the same industry.

The margin is all in the second sale

Custom software sold once is a job. The same software sold to eight companies in one industry is a product with margin — and you have already paid the build cost.

You also already have the thing most SaaS founders lack: a real customer using it in production, and the domain knowledge to speak to the next one properly.

Same industry, same problem

We do not chase generic "software buyers". We go after the specific business type your first client belongs to — the ones running the same workflow on spreadsheets right now.

They do not need convincing that the problem exists. They live it. That is a far shorter conversation than selling a general-purpose tool.

The code is written. It should be earning more than once.

How It Works

Three steps. From one call with us to demos in your calendar.

A software developer at his desk taking a call from a business in the same industry that wants the software he has already built.
1

Talk to Us

Call (706) 262-7954 or fill out the form. Tell us what the software does, who it was built for, and what it replaced. It's free.

2

We Set It Up

We work out exactly which business type has that problem, then build and run everything needed to reach them. You keep building.

3

They Book a Demo

Real businesses in that industry get in touch. You show them the thing you already built and quote the deployment.

Your Questions, Answered

"I got burned before."

We get it. There are no long contracts. You pay month to month. If the calls don't help you book jobs, you can stop. Easy.

"Are these shared calls?"

No. We take one product per vertical. We will not run a competing piece of software into the same industry while we are working with you — that would make both campaigns worse.

"I'm not ready to be a SaaS."

You do not have to be. Selling the same build a second and third time as an installed system is a perfectly good business. Nobody is asking you to rewrite it multi-tenant this quarter.

Questions People Ask

What exactly do you do?

We work out which businesses have the same problem your software already solves, then build and run everything needed to put you in front of them. You keep building and take the demos.

My software was built for one specific client. Does that matter?

That is usually the ideal starting point. It means the problem is real enough that somebody paid to fix it, and you learned the industry properly while building. Most of what makes vertical software sell is knowledge you already have.

Do I need to make it multi-tenant SaaS first?

No. Plenty of these businesses run perfectly well as a per-customer install or a lightly configured deployment. If a rebuild is genuinely needed we will say so, but it is not a prerequisite for finding out whether people want it.

Will you sell my software for me?

No. We bring you businesses in your industry who want to talk. You demo it and price it, because you understand what it does and what it takes to deploy.

How fast does it start?

Most developers see enquiries within a few weeks. Narrow verticals take longer to warm up than broad ones, and we will be honest about which yours is.

What if my industry is really niche?

Usually an advantage. The narrower the trade, the fewer people are selling into it and the easier it is to be the obvious option. Very broad categories are the harder ones.

Will you work with my competitor?

No. We take one product per vertical. While we are working with you we will not run a competing piece of software into the same industry — it would make both campaigns worse.

How much does it cost?

A flat monthly fee, not a commission on sales. It depends on the vertical and how competitive it is. Call us and we will give you a real number once we know what you built.

How do I sell custom software to more than one client?

Start from the problem rather than the code. Identify the business type your first client belongs to, then reach the ones running that same workflow manually. They do not need convincing the problem exists — they live it, which makes for a much shorter conversation than selling a general-purpose tool.

Is my build actually a product?

A reasonable test: could another company in that industry use it with configuration rather than rewriting? And did your client have the problem because of what they do, not how they specifically do it? If both are yes, it is probably a product that has only been sold once.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. It is month to month. If the enquiries are not turning into demos worth taking, you can stop any time.

What if it turns out nobody else wants it?

Then you will have found out cheaply, which is worth knowing. We would rather tell you the vertical is too thin than take a fee for a campaign that cannot work.

Industries We See This Work In

If one business in a trade needed it enough to pay for a custom build, the rest of that trade usually has the same problem. A few we have seen:

Dental & Medical Practices Veterinary Clinics Law Firms Accounting Practices Construction & Trades Field Service Logistics & Freight Manufacturing Auto Dealers & Repair Property Management Salons & Spas Fitness Studios Childcare & Schools Non-Profits Insurance Agencies Recruitment Agencies Restaurants & Hospitality Agriculture Labs & Testing Equipment Rental Funeral Homes Self Storage

Your industry not listed? That is often better — the narrower the trade, the fewer people are selling into it. Call (706) 262-7954 and tell us what you built.

Turning a Client Build Into a Product

If you are sitting on software that solved a real problem for one company, this is the short version of what to do next.

Why good software stays a one-off

Most developers finish the build, invoice the client, and move on to the next project. The software is genuinely good and genuinely useful, and it earns exactly once, because finding the next buyer is a different skill entirely.

Meanwhile competitors of that first client are running the same workflow on spreadsheets and would pay for the fix — they simply have no idea it exists.

Fast results or lasting ones?

Part of what we do puts you in front of buyers this week. The rest builds underneath over months, so the calls keep coming without paying for every one.

Most shops want both. We'll tell you which to start with on the call — see what we do or look at the work we've done.

You have an unfair advantage

Most people trying to sell software into a vertical have a demo and a guess. You have a real deployment, a real customer, and a year of learning what that industry actually does.

That is the hardest part of vertical software to fake, and you already have it. What is missing is a way for the rest of the industry to find you.

Who we do this for

Developers, dev shops and freelance engineers sitting on a build that deserves more than one customer — and small SaaS founders with a flagship client and an empty pipeline.

We are an operator-run shop, not an agency that hands you to a junior. More about how we work.
